Orders Placed information

All orders placed will be dispatched within a few workings day following receipt of your invoice confirmation and payment being made, unless advised otherwise.

Order placed on account must be dispatched 2 weeks of the order date, after this period has lapsed we wont be able to hold the item any longer.

Payment is still also required 30 days from the order date and is not extended if you choose to delay your dispatch.

Product Guarantee

*Please note we are the manufacture only and do not offer an installation service. This could be assisted with but must be discussed and agreed with the director at an extra cost.

  • Warranty offered on built-in LED fittings 2 Year period. FOC drivers issued if failure happens, if not resolved said issue new product replacement. 
  • Warranty offered on replaceable LED fittings 2 Year period. FOC lamps offered to replace, repair offered, if not repairable new item to replace faulty unit. 
  • Warranty offered on mains wired fittings 1 Year period.
  • Life span is approx. 15,000 hours.
  • Out of warranty service offered is supply replacement parts, possibly at cost situation surrounding problem dependant.

Bespoke/ Made to order Work

“Made to order items” are defined as items that are ordered to customer’s specifications and put into production as per these specifications.

All "Made to order items" are clearly labelled as such on the corresponding product page in the delivery section.

Once production has begun, “Made to order items” cannot be refunded, modified or exchanged. If you want to make any changes to your “Made to order item” at any point you MUST contact us as soon as possible and given the stage of the production we will do our best to proceed with your request. Given the nature of the request, if an additional charge is required, it is required of the customer to pay this charge immediately.

It is the customer’s responsibility to be fully aware of the finishes, colours and sizes they are specifying. It is also the customer’s responsibility to check our confirmation email to ensure that all products have been ordered correctly. Please also note you must read the information of the order in words, as any images shown online or in an email are never a confirmation of the correct items ordered. If you are not sure please always contact us or visit our showroom to see samples.

Bespoke/ Made to order delivery

Following notification from the relevant factory that goods are being dispatched we notify the customer with an ETA, this is possible to change once goods are in transit, we will advise on any changes as soon as possible. Final payment request is made if not already done so. On arrival notification is sent to the customer to confirm delivery address and delivery date. Any orders which needs to be held for a week to 10 days maximum, will require a minimum of 5 working days’ notice given to arrange the transportation.


Goods which are not faulty or defective can only be returned with the prior agreement of the Supplier (at the Supplier's complete discretion) and within 14 days of purchase date. Non-faulty or defective goods and their packaging must be returned in re-saleable condition, and at the Customer's own cost, and could be subject to a re-stocking charge of an amount equal to 20% the price paid in respect of the Goods that are returned. Refunds for non faulty or defective items can only be completed with the prior agreement of the supplier and will be subject to any relevant processing fee's which may be applicable. 


Goods which are received and deemed as faulty or damaged will be exchanged or repaired.
